I’m Irma Lizette Anguiano, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, parenting issues, work-related stress, and motivation/confidence. I’m passionate about supporting my clients through difficult times and life transitions. I completed my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Webster University’s remote campus in Fort Bliss, El Paso, Texas.
