About

I treat those struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, stress, grief, trauma, self esteem and self confidence issues, relationship and family issues, social and communication skills, OCD and ADHD. Through empathy I strive to understand each client’s specific context and unique perspective, and view each counseling relationship as a collaborative endeavor. My personal, educational, and professional life experiences have provided me with a strong foundation of patience and compassion to effectively help my clients.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and strategies including cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused brief therapy, coping/calming techniques to encourage a sense of empowerment, self-efficacy, and self-value.

I believe that you were not put on this earth to suffer in silence. You were created to live a worthy life. I am warm, friendly, and thoughtful. I offer virtual appointments for Florida residents. I have experience working with diverse clients across their lifespan.
