I believe there is true strength in facing the hard stuff life throws at us, and that vulnerability often leads to relief and development. It is never too late, or too early, to start processing how your experiences have impacted you. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing, warm environment for others to begin, or continue, their own inner work that will ultimately provide the opportunity to grow into their authentic selves, flourish, and find peace. I am also committed to providing an inclusive space for all people, and am interested in how each individual's intersecting identities and experiences have shaped them and play a role in their healing process. I embrace diversity and affirm the dignity and worth of all individuals.
