About

As a therapist, my goal is to help my clients build resilience, discover their strengths, and feel healthy, and strong. My therapeutic approach is tailored to specific needs of my clients. I integrate mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, hypnotherapy, EMDR to help my clients to deal with past trauma, difficult life transitions or any ongoing life stressors. My style is warm, compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative aimed at creating a hopeful, productive, and trusting therapeutic environment.

I focus on life transitions, including marriage/divorce/dating, parenting, professional development, intimacy and healthy boundaries in relationships, anxiety, low self-esteem, and communication issues. I enjoy working with adults and young adults.

I understand how difficult it can be to share personal experiences and feelings and I consider it a privilege to be part of one's journey. My aim is to create a hopeful, productive, and trusting therapeutic environment focused on personal growth.
