It takes great courage to sit right where you are now, reaching out, and deciding to finally ask for help. Welcome to the journey. I am a clinical social worker and clinical addictions counselor with over 16 years of experience in the field. I work with clients ages 16 + from all walks of life who are dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, chemical and food addictions, relationship issues, abuse, compassion fatigue, end of life issues, and spiritual crises. I will incorporate a Christian perspective in therapy for clients who request it however I also believe in meeting clients where they are, and I always provide counseling from a viewpoint that is most comfortable for the client. I use a variety of accepted therapy techniques and I provide plenty of feedback and coaching. My therapy style is non-judgmental, easy-going, and flexible. I respect the fact that it takes courage to step outside of our comfort zones. I am looking forward to work with you!
