About

Have you ever found yourself wondering why you do or think the things you do? Do you struggle in relationships and don't know what is the problem? It can be stressful trying to figure out who you are and it can be painful struggling in relationships with people in your life. We learn ways of existing in the world from our past experiences and environment. Unfortunately, we adopt behaviors from long ago that no longer serve us in a desirable way. This can lead to confusion and disappointment. My job is to help you be the comprehensive self that you want to be and to live a more satisfying life.

I work from an integrative approach primarily utilizing Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic interventions with Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral theories. I combine processing and effective techniques to manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, interpersonal relationships, and LGBTQ+ related issues.

I strive to help individuals identify patterns in current relationships and behaviors that stem from past experiences, both from past attachment, as well as environmentally learned. In life, people look for answers and I believe the answers lie within each of us.
