About

The world seems to have sharp edges sometimes. It's too loud, too fast, and you worry about upsetting or disappointing others. You work hard, you think hard, trying to improve yourself and yet, you feel as though you're not getting anywhere. You wish you could be nicer to yourself but don't want to become arrogant or let yourself off the hook. You want to understand yourself better, but don't know what questions to ask. You want to be more authentic, but fear you will lose your most cherished relationships. You're ready for a different perspective and meaningful change, but perhaps you don't know where to start.

I bring warmth, compassion, and perspective to my work with clients. I help them to see the ways their coping mechanisms developed, the impact they're having, and how they can feel more centered, calm, and empowered. I also bring a unique understanding of complex family dynamics and provide support and acceptance around difficult feelings and relationships.

You don't have to wait until things get "bad enough" to get support. You just have to be ready to do something for yourself. Making commitments to ourselves, like going to therapy, can help build a deep sense of security within. If you're ready to take that first step, I'm here to support you.
