“Nothing is impossible, the word itself says I’m possible” I believe with the right support, this motto can apply to us all! My approach to therapy is client-centered with emphasis on emotional support and acceptance. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, and ADHD. In addition, I have supported clients struggling with family, relationship issues, as well as other life changes. I believe that trust, empathy, and empowerment are essential in building relationships and in the growth of the client. With over 20 years of social service experience in NYC, in both clinical and administrative practice, I have been fortunate to work with various populations i areas of mental health education and counseling, program management, and supervision. I received my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University with a concentration in Clinical Practice. I am passionate about destigmatizing mental illness and improving accessibility for all ethnic groups. In my spare time, I enjoy participating in various fitness classes, traveling, dining, and spending time making memories with my friends and family.
