My ideal client is one looking to heal and grow. I would want to be a supportive force helping to identify, examine, and develop goals related to making that change. From there we would be able to work to reach those goals. I am excited to work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, depression, anxiety, trauma concerns, and addictions. I offer supportive services working with anxiety, depression, trauma informed care, and substance use concerns. I am available to work in English and Spanish and like to work on supporting my clients' agency and ability to do more and more every day.
