Ian Pagdilao is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2018. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Psychology at Southwestern Adventist University. He received his Masters in Psychology with emphasis on Clinical Psychology from Southwestern Adventist University. Ian believes that mental health challenges are a combination of past events, current circumstances, and the lack of support. His practice as a clinician has always been centered on trying to figure out and meet the needs of his clients and provide support in their current state. Ian's way of providing support for his clients is to help them realize that they have the ability to rise above their challenges. The current treatment modalities that he uses to help clients realize that they have that capability are a combination of client-centered care, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Solution-focused therapy. Ian is ready to help everyone, especially healthcare workers, college students, and athletes going through various stresses, changes, and growth. In his spare time, Ian's main hobbies are refilling the semi-empty food bowls for his three furry overlords (a.k.a his cats), exercising, cooking and reading.
