About

I specialize in working with children and families facing the ripple effects of trauma, behavioral challenges, and emotional struggles. My ideal clients are families who desire a compassionate space to process their experiences, uncover strengths, and build skills to thrive. Together, we’ll identify the barriers to well-being and work toward your family’s goals—be it emotional regulation, improved relationships, or a sense of safety and stability. I aim to help you and your child embrace your full story and co-author a future that aligns with your family’s values. I place a strong emphasis on working with the family as a whole.

As a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) practitioner, I bring specialized expertise to help children and families heal from trauma. I also incorporate DBT, CBT, Play Therapy, and Family Therapy to effectively address emotional regulation, challenging behaviors, and maladaptive thought patterns.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your child or family is struggling. You’re not alone, and there is hope for healing and growth. Together, we can create a safe, supportive space to address your family’s challenges and build the tools needed for lasting change. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help.
