About

I'm a first-generation Asian American therapist who specializes in helping BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) teens and adults process and heal from immigration, intergenerational, and/or childhood traumas. My expertise also extends to other areas, including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship issues, and emotion regulation. Together, we can explore your inner world and unlearn beliefs that no longer serve you. We can enhance your capacity to coexist with various emotions, tap into your body’s inherited wisdom, and develop healthy ways of moving through life’s tough moments.

I'm certified in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I prioritize an integrative approach and each session is a collaborative process that honors your decisions while pushing you to stretch your limits and grow beyond your comfort zone.

Healing is a lifelong intentional practice of consistently choosing to show up for yourself even when it's hard. I'm committed to helping you navigate through all the ebbs and flows in the healing journey. I will foster a space for you to feel safe to come as you are and be heard without criticism, judgment or shame.
