About

As a therapist, I believe in the power of human connection and the profound impact it can have on our well-being. My approach is rooted in empathy, and respect, creating an environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings. We will work together as a team to help you understand yourself better. I work with self-motivated clients, and couples who are looking for a guide to help them understand what may be causing their anxiety, lack of self-compassion, self-judgment, or relationship challenges. Together we can help you feel better long term.

My therapeutic approach is integrative drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also like to provide my clients with a psychoeducation lens, to help them understand why they may be feeling a certain way.

By tailoring our sessions to meet your specific needs and goals, we will create a personalized treatment plan that empowers you to make positive changes and develop effective coping strategies that you can take with you moving forward. Let's connect to see if we would be a good fit!
