About

The art of therapy is one of listening deeply to what is being communicated. The work in therapy is to make meaning of the information and narrative. The process of therapy is to use the information to guide and effect change.

I have been a therapist for 20 years helping individuals and couples enlarge their life experience, deepen relationships and make meaning along the journey of life.

Using a strength-based approach I work together with clients to find an effective treatment approach. Modalities include psychodynamic, holistic, cognitive behavioral and Buddhist. I have experience working with addictions, parenting, stress, anxiety, depression, grief and mindfulness. I have a special interest in men's issues and the midlife transition.
