About

I am Holly Zill, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I work with clients by meeting them at their own pace and level of need to help them achieve personal goals, decrease negative symptoms, improve interpersonal relationships, and increase their overall quality of life. With 7 years of experience in the mental health field, I completed my Master of Arts (MA) in Couples, Marriage, and Family Therapy at Kutztown University. View 5 Photos

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, ecosystemic structural family therapy, and techniques developed by the Gottman Institute. My approach is trauma-informed, which helps facilitate feelings of safety and trust, and fosters a strong therapeutic alliance with each client.

I strive to empower my clients, even in moments of vulnerability, and support them in regaining control of their own narrative to make lasting, positive changes. I understand the hesitation that can accompany initiating and maintaining change, and I work with flexibility to meet my clients where they are.
