Every individual is different in how they process emotions and difficult experiences. Together, we will focus on a person-centered approach that builds on your strengths and identifies the barriers. We will develop skills that allow you to be present, while acknowledging the past and building your future. We will use a broad array of therapy methods that fits your individual needs and goals. I pursued a Master's in Mental Health Counseling because I want to see people reach their goals. This drive comes from having grown up in the military and becoming the spouse of a Veteran. I appreciate the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families addressing the issues that are most important to them. In addition to Person-Centered Therapy, working with clients who experienced trauma and developed symptoms of PTSD, depression, and anxiety led me to the path of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
