About

I offer individual and family therapy for adults, adolescents, and children, and couples therapy for adult partners. Using a mixture of cognitive, expressive, and reflective approaches, I help clients address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, managing life transitions, behavioral problems, and relationship conflicts. I have specialized experience helping clients with histories of trauma, neglect, and abuse, as well as those who have been diagnosed with chronic illnesses and pain disorders.

My therapeutic goal is to help each client identify unhealthy patterns, clarify personal goals and purpose, develop more meaningful relationships, increase focus and self-confidence, and nurture their unique strengths. My style is active, compassionate, creative, and free of judgment.

My office is located in the heart of the Mission, close to Cesar Chavez, 24th Street, and Van Ness. Easy access to Highways 80, 280, & 101. Free street parking available. Walking distance to 16th & 24th Street BART stations and numerous MUNI stops.
