About

As a trauma therapist with comprehensive training from The Family Institute at Northwestern University and a background in mind-body science, I help clients who seek meaningful change, in both brief/intensive treatment and/or ongoing therapy. EMDR Intensives are for those ready to move beyond distressing experiences. These longer (but fewer) sessions allow for highly concentrated treatment. Participants report increased emotional tolerance and that this focused work has allowed them to experience progress and relief sooner and more efficiently. View 4 Photos

For those preferring a traditional format, weekly sessions offer a supportive and exploratory space, navigating the complexities between crisis, happiness, and sorrow. Shifts occurring through this process often include improved relationships, stable self-esteem, and resilience to life’s challenges.

My advanced training, including a current psychoanalytic scholar track, informs all of my work, fostering the positive growth of one’s emotional capacities and relationships. I also do highly specific work with families experiencing failure to launch (adult dependent children) utilizing my evidenced-based training from the Yale Child Development Center.
