About

Whether you are dealing with major life changes, a mental health disorder, relationship conflicts, or day-to-day stressors; you deserve to be heard and supported. These things can be challenging to navigate, and I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to feel empowered and grow from life’s ongoing obstacles. Using a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, I work with you to alleviate mental and emotional suffering and get back to living.

Experienced in working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, family and relationship problems, and postpartum disorders (postpartum anxiety, OCD, and depression). I am credentialed in Perinatal Mental Health, with a trained eye in diagnosing and treating women and families dealing with prenatal and postpartum challenges.

I work with adults and families of all demographics. Maintaining a “client-first” approach, I ensure that you lead me in our therapy work; empowering you to take charge of your life and manage whatever challenges you’re faced with.
