I am Holden Raines, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked extensively in the community and developed a flexible, person-centered approach. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family conflict, having completed my Master's (M.S) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Radford University. I often utilize existential, narrative, strength-based, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and person-centered approaches in my practice. As hard as we may fight it, a stigma still exists regarding mental health and asking for help. I understand that it can be a difficult decision to begin therapy.
