I use a client-driven approach when working with clients. I will ask guiding questions to assist clients to learn more about themselves, strive to have clients to self-identify root causes of certain patterns and behaviors that they are experiencing, and provide encouragement to clients to strengthen their self-esteem and confidence. I use Internal Family Systems, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Coaching, and Family Dynamics Therapy systems. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker specializing in anxiety, family-dynamic issues, and life transitions. I also have a passion to assist the Indian-American community to have access to mental health care as we navigate the cultural/familial differences. I have experience with DBT, goal setting, and psychodynamic therapy. Life is as challenging as it is beautiful. I hope we can work together to build a healthier relationship with oneself, others, and life.
