About

Transitions, whether positive or challenging can get overwhelming sometimes. We all go through different phases of life that may cause grief and stress. If you are feeling worried, on edge, experiencing sadness, or encountering roadblocks in relationships, you do not have to go through it on your own. Therapy is a supportive, objective resource and a safe space to process these emotions, explore identity, challenge patterns of thinking, and gain tools and stability.

Applying your strengths to support growing edges, I hope to reaffirm your connection with your intuition, assist you in embracing self-acceptance, offer varying perspectives to gain awareness, and foster cognitive flexibility.

My theoretical approach is humanistic; embracing the uniqueness and diversity of every individual, and eclectic; drawing from evidence-based modalities that work best for you. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions and to schedule an introductory session.
