About

As a queer, trans, nonbinary therapist with thirteen years of experience, I’m dedicated to providing compassionate and inclusive support to LGBTQIA+ individuals. My work is grounded in an anti-racist framework, ensuring that every aspect of our sessions honors and addresses the complexities of identity and systemic inequality. My passion includes working with diverse identities and communities, from polyamory and kink to perinatal and family-building concerns, with a particular focus on queer and trans individuals. As a parent, I bring a deep understanding of family dynamics and the unique challenges faced during transitions.

I excel in connecting with those navigating intersecting identities and life’s transformations. My expertise spans PTSD and complex trauma, mood disorders, and substance use. By integrating somatic practices and EMDR with talk therapy, I offer a holistic approach tailored to your needs.

Together, we can explore and embrace your authentic self while addressing broader social and personal challenges you face. I would be honored to help you experience the joy that can come when we work through painful experiences and step into our fullest and most embodied selves. Learn more at hezwellness.com.
