About

Congratulations on your journey towards healing and a full life. I invite you to learn a bit more about my practice and the path I have taken to join you. I strive to provide a safe environment for clients to become in touch with their agency, while experiencing the challenges of being human. Most of my work is done in the context of the parent/child relationship, when working with young children and families. With individuals and couples, I allow clients to identify their inner strength and insight to foster personal growth, or develop deep meaningful relationships.

I have experience in working with young children in the context of the parent-infant dyad and have been trained in TBRI ( Trust Based Relationship Intervention) and Theraplay to address specific challenges faced by adoptive and foster families . I completed the NARM (Neuro-Affective Relational Model) practitioner training in 2019 to address Complex PTSD.

I am completely fluent in Spanish and have a deep connection to the immigrant experience. I am drawn to working with clients experiencing complex trauma and it's impact on personal relationships. After offering space to families, couples, children and adults for nearly two decades, I am thrilled to now support new therapists through clinical supervision.
