About

Whether you are just starting to explore ways to improve your mental wellbeing or have been struggling for many years, you don't have to navigate it alone. As an experienced therapist, I have supported college students navigating life transitions, chronic trauma survivors who feel disconnected from the people around them, and high-performing professionals struggling to balance the demands of work and home. We all want relief from our current symptoms and to have the ability to set and accomplish future goals. Through private telehealth sessions, I help empower men, women, and non-binary adults to do just that.

We'll work together using a combination of evidence-based practices to reduce or eliminate your symptoms and develop coping skills to overcome life's obstacles. I am especially passionate about helping those with trauma histories, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence make sense of historical struggles through a non-judgmental, self-compassionate lens.

You are a unique individual and therapy should be tailored to best support you. My approach to therapy is always rooted in empathy, curiosity about your unique experiences, and a little bit of humor. I welcome you to reach out to me via email or phone (texts are more than welcome, too!) to see if we're a good fit!
