Are you feeling overwhelmed, navigating grief, or struggling with anxiety or depression? Maybe you’re navigating infertility or the unique grief that comes with peri- or postnatal loss. As an MSW intern at Community Counseling of NWA, I am here to support you through life’s difficult seasons. In addition to my ongoing education, I am a certified bereavement doula with the Miscarriage Doula Collective, and I have a particular passion for helping those navigating infertility, miscarriage, and peri/postnatal mental health. While those areas of work are close to my heart, I am dedicated to supporting individuals across the mental health spectrum, including those facing grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and more. At this time, I am seeing clients ages 10 and up. I believe that we’re all navigating life in our own boats - and that healing isn’t about staying in calm waters. Instead, it’s about learning how to ride the waves while knowing how to navigate toward calmer waters when we need to. Together, we’ll work to ensure you feel supported and empowered in steering your own course, no matter how rough the seas get!
