About

Hello! I’m a relational and integrative therapist specializing in trauma-informed mindbody practices, therapy incorporating nature and equines, and neurodivergent-affirming and lgbtqia+ affirming care. I work with teens and adults with a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, with a focus on trauma and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, family dynamics, dual identities, and lived experiences within our evolving socio-political landscape. My approach entails a combination of self-exploration, relational and somatic co-regulation, and resilience building through compassion and mutual empowerment. View 4 Photos

My clinical approach is grounded in the following frameworks: trauma-informed care, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, person-centered therapy, relational-cultural and feminist therapies, mindfulness and compassion-focused therapies, and ecotherapy. I work with clients to identify which approaches fit their unique needs and goals for therapy.

In my experience, we find joy, relief, and meaning in our lives through mutually-empowering relationships, increased mind-body-nature connection, and radical compassion. It'd be an honor to accompany you on your journey and collaboratively create a therapeutic path that feels right for you. Please feel free to reach out if any of this resonates with you!
