Welcome to Birds of a Feather Wellness & Counseling. I offer specialized counseling services tailored to the unique needs of my clients. Through individual, couples, and family counseling, personal development coaching, and college planning I offer purposeful and intentional guidance to help you find balance in your busy life. Incorporating aspects of wellness into each session allows you to spread your wings and soar to new heights as you reach your full potential in life. My goal is to empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles that will improve their relationship first with themselves and then with others. I specialize in personal development and wellness and integrate aspects of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Art Therapy in my holistic approach to counseling. I value my role as a counselor immensely and work hard to help my clients feel at ease and supported through the counseling process.
