New client spots are available! I strive to provide a safe space for my clients so they can feel however they need to feel without judgment. I am passionate about exploring trauma, understanding neuro-diversity, help take accountability for oneself, communicating needs, setting healthy boundaries, and building healthy relationships. I provide LGBTQI+ and Neurodivergent affirming and informed therapy. Being born and raised in Iceland and living in many different cultures of America, I have been fortunate enough to learn and apply different perspectives on the world which helps me in the therapy room while reflecting on my clients' problems, as well as allowing me to be culturally informed and open-minded. I offer free 20-minute phone consultations to those curious to see if I am the right fit for them. If I am not, I try my best to help you find the right fit. That way no matter what, reaching out will be a step closer to getting the services you need and deserve. You are worthy and your mental health is important. Reach out today!
