About

The idea of therapy can be daunting, especially if you’ve never participated in therapy before. If you have and the experience wasn’t too great, you could have some anxiety and hesitation around re-starting the process again. All of this is natural, but that’s why I am here! I desire to ensure that you feel heard, feel valued and feel safe. I hope to help you navigate through life, feel empowered in your decision making and to be confident in yourself! I am open to serving children, young adults, and adults looking for ways to become the best versions of themselves.

I received my Bachelor of Science and Master of Social Work degrees from Indiana University. I am matriculating through the Doctor of Social Work program at the University of Louisville, with an anticipated completion date of May 2025. I have been in the social work field for ten years and have three years of mental health and addiction counseling experience

If you’re looking for this type of therapy, I am your person. Genuineness, respect, and empathy are the qualities I possess and hope to use as we establish a rapport and work toward healing. I want you to feel 100% comfortable during our time together. Therapy is like life, one day at a time. Whenever you are ready, I will be waiting!
