Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? Do you feel like there is no one to talk to that would possibly understand your unique situation? I provide a judgement-free zone for clients to learn and try new skills, as well as processing things that they have been through. I genuinely enjoy seeing clients make progress and am there to encourage them through successes and hardships. Helping others heal has been a passion of mine from a relatively early age and I love the uniqueness of human experience. I take a holistic approach to therapy, searching for deeper causes in an effort to help clients see that their behaviors and feelings have or have had purposes at some point. If you are struggling, there is hope, even in your darkest moments. It's okay and admirable to ask for help, even when it is difficult.
