As a therapist, I believe that you are capable of living a meaningful and healthy life. My role is to work alongside my clients to provide a safe, empowering, supportive and collaborative environment to support growth and change. Working with adolescents and young adults is something I'm passionate about. I strive to meet my clients where they are at and to be mindful of neurodiversity and cultural background, continuing to seek training and education to expand my ability to utilize evidence-based practices to support my clients. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, family systems, addiction, as well as mood disorders, grief, trauma, complex trauma, and PTSD. I have worked with members of the LGBTQIA community, as well as those just trying to navigate childhood and adulthood. I provide a person-centered and eclectic approach to therapy. Having experienced my own personal trauma and loss in the past, I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are and supporting them in utilizing the tools they already possess to support them in living a healthy and happy life.
