About

I particularly enjoy working with women aged 20-40 who are working to overcome anxiety and depression or are coping with relationship dynamics. I believe most clients have a trauma history that shapes their mental health concerns, and helping them to process and heal from this history is vital to the client achieving a better quality of life. My ideal client will be seeking to learn new coping skills, communication strategies, or relationship skills. View 7 Photos

I specialize in trauma counseling. I am working on my Ph.D. in trauma counseling, and my experience has equipped me to help clients process and heal from trauma. I have years of experience treating anxiety and depression. I help clients build coping mechanisms, learn relational skills, and identify areas where their thinking limits their ability to recover.

The stress of living through a pandemic and the uncertainty of living through these events have affected our overall quality of life. Most people need a professional outlet to process concerns stemming from these experiences. I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a personal connection. I seek to understand each client as more than just a diagnosis.
