Welcome! I’m a humanistic, relational therapist dedicated to creating a space where you can safely explore and heal. As humans, we are deeply wired for connection, and the therapeutic relationship is no different. I strive to provide a compassionate environment where you can be your authentic, vulnerable self—embracing both your strengths and flaws. Together, we’ll collaborate to explore the topics that matter most to you. I take a somatic, attachment-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy. My work is centered on helping you explore the deep roots of yourself to allow you to understand where your anxiety and depression symptoms may have originated. In therapy with me, expect a blend of evidence-based modalities, compassion, laughter, and the occasional curse word or two. I am passionate about empowering you to be your strongest advocate and to tell your story in a way that feels right for you. You are the expert of your own life! I believe you are so much more than the diagnosis that insurance might require you to have; you’re a resilient, complex individual shaped by your experiences, and I’m grateful you are here!
