About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping adolescents, adults, and families process and manage difficult emotions, thoughts, and stressors to create more meaningful lives. If you need help taking life in a new direction, I provide guidance in navigating the associated small and big changes, and challenges along the way. Clients will implement strategies for positive change, and build skills for lifelong well-being.

I offer a collaborative approach to goal setting, targeting ineffective behaviors and communication, identifying painful emotions, and building a toolbox of healthy coping strategies. In addition, I offer ART-Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which uses eye movements to quickly, yet sustainably, address common issues such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Clients consistently express gratitude for my compassion, motivation, and goal focus, and leave our work together with improved self-awareness and skills for mindfulness, coping, communication, and problem-solving. Are you ready to take the first step toward improving your well-being? Schedule an intake today!
