I work with individuals, couples, families and groups, specializing in anxiety, trauma, codependency, self-esteem, narcissistic abuse recovery, couples counseling, premarital counseling, Christian counseling and family issues. If you are located in CO, TN or GA and have found yourself in unhealthy relationships, experience high levels of anxiety, have experienced recent or past trauma, struggle with self-esteem or self-worth, relationship issues or need premarital counseling, I can help. I understand that every person is different and unique and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. I meet my clients where they are and work hand in hand with my clients to determine the treatment and approach that is best for you based on what you're bringing to me and what your personal goals are. Whether you are looking for help as an individual, with your children, for your children, or in your relationship, I want to meet you were you are to help you and your family be your best selves.
