I am a firm believer in the idea that there is no issue too small, and know that the path to growth and healing can be a scary one. In the words of Tiffany Roe, “you gotta feel, deal, heal.” I consider it an honor to walk this path with people and believe that there is hope in all stories. I work with eating disorders, self esteem/body issues, anxiety disorders, and depression. I work with my clients to identify their unique values and integrate their mind and body experience. I offer in person and telehealth therapy. My approach to counseling integrative, combining internal family systems, narrative, and experiential approaches. I center my approach based on my clients needs, desires, and goals for therapy. I am currently a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Supervisee. I would consider it an honor to be a part of your journey through the work accomplished in therapy. I believe this process holds the possibility for transformation and healing.
