Life can be challenging, and it can be easy to feel like you've lost your way. I approach therapy with the mindset that healing begins by developing a strong, trusting, and collaborative relationship, and together we can work towards your goals at your own pace. I employ a trauma-informed, strength based approach in which I emphasize a mind-body connection and recognize the impact of external systems on an individual’s well being. I have a passion for working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, anger management, and LGBTQ+ related struggles. I have particular expertise working with children and adolescents ages 5-17 via CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I also am familiar working with IEPs and 504 Plans as well. I am here to provide support, guidance, and care without judgement to anyone who needs it. Regardless of your struggle, together we can find ways to cope, build relationships, and heal.
