About

I aim to curate a safe space for my clients to be authentically themselves and fully human. As a therapist, I believe in the power of each individual to find the answers within themselves. In this way, therapy can be a mirror. I am passionate about working with individuals who are navigating disordered eating, body image, embodiment, gender identity, sexuality, shame, self-worth, spirituality and meaning, trauma, and grief. I enjoy using strength-based, somatic, and emotion-focused approaches.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a holistic, systemic, & narrative lens. My goal with clients is to walk with them as they restore their capacity for self-compassion & self-trust, to promote growth and healing by allowing for the exploration of thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and encouraging the gentle release of self-limiting patterns and beliefs.

On the other side of change and growth is a greater sense of knowing our truest selves, but knowing where to start is sometimes the hardest part. If you are ready to take the next step, I would feel so lucky to get to work with you!
