My name is Haydee Sierra-Santos. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the state of Texas. I obtained my Master's degree in social work (MSW) from the University of Southern California in September 2015. I love my profession because it allows me to work closely with people. I strongly believe in the power of quality relationships, with the most important being the relationship we have with ourselves. I strive to help people realize their worth, potential, and capacity for change when change is needed. I resort to Evidence-Based-Practice-Interventions such as Client/Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), for the achievement of client goals. I have always had a passion for serving and helping others. I love the opportunity my profession provides to do just that. During our first session together, we will introduce each other, and go over basic information such as medical/psychiatry history, reason for seeking therapy, goals and expectations, and confidentiality matters.
