In my practice I aim to empower clients to discover their capacity for both acceptance and change through a safe and respectful therapeutic relationship. I value your expertise about your own lived experience, and together we will find the balance between developing greater self-compassion and learning new tools and strategies to help you grow. I work hard to establish a strong therapeutic alliance and provide a warm nonjudgmental environment where you can develop concrete skills, process your lived experience, and reach your personal and interpersonal goals. I have experience working with both adolescents and adults who are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and challenges with body image, identity development, and relationships. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and my practice is informed by feminist therapy. I am a clinical associate at Meridian DBT and Psychotherapy Services, and I received my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from the University of Vermont. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. (Please email to contact! I do not check voicemail consistently)
