Life is full of sacrifice, passion, knowledge, growing pains…you name it. We’re in a time where taking care of our mental health can sometimes feel like another task on the to-do list. It doesn’t have to be. As humans, we seek support, connection and relatedness. How often do we pause and explore our innermost fears and personality structures? Do we even feel safe doing so? Where you are today is only part of your story, and I'm here to listen from the beginning, and consider other integral pieces of your narrative. I am a Post-Doctoral therapist at Doylestown Psychological Services where I work individually with adolescents, young and older adults. My therapeutic framework pulls from family systems and psychodynamic theories. I also provide a variety of psychological assessments to diagnose and support treatment goals. Allow me to share the gift of therapy. I like to use a supportive approach where I challenge my clients to consider different perspectives, expand their insight, and to build on their coping strategies. The potential lies within you, and we can work together to get there.
