About

For me, being a therapist means being a collaborative partner with clients. My primary goal is to establish genuine relationships with others in order to undo aloneness and create safety. I aim to join people as they explore, navigate, and make meaning of the challenges and joys that they experience. Throughout this journey, I support them in discovering their most authentic selves by facilitating connection to their core emotions. I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, and connect well with those who are feeling stuck in symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/familial conflict, and identity formation.

I respect the uniqueness of each individual, and work in an integrative, flexible way to provide clients with treatment tailored to their specific needs. I often pull heavily from relational, emotion-focused, attachment/trauma-based, and psychodynamic therapies, while incorporating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and emotion regulation techniques.

I believe that everyone has the innate capacity to learn, grow, and heal, but that no one should have to do it alone. It is my pleasure to be a partner for those who are ready to begin or continue this journey. Please feel free to contact me with any inquiries, or for a complimentary phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit for one another.
