My practice welcomes all adults, from any background. I love working with clients who are curious about themselves, and look forward to supporting you with issues of anxiety, depression, relationships, family/work/school, identity exploration and more, as well as intersections of any of these issues with religious, gender, or sexual identities or issues. As someone who has spent a fair bit of life moving between and across continents, I have a special interest in working with folx from South Asia, East or South East Asia, and the Middle East and those who identify as refugees, immigrants and Third Culture Kids. I offer curiosity, compassion and non-judgement, and believe that to heal, we must first see, name and accept what is hidden or difficult. In partnership, you and I will work towards achieving understanding, acceptance, and authenticity. I utilize an anti-oppressive and culturally aware lens and integrate various modalities to suit your unique needs. I commend you on taking this first step towards healing, knowing firsthand both the the power and joy of reaching one's self through therapy, and also how hard it can feel to find the right therapeutic match. If my description resonates with you, please reach out and I'd be happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation.
