About

I specialize in teenagers, children, and young adults with anxiety and depression. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and work with people from all cultural backgrounds. I love working with families who can’t seem to understand each other or can’t stop fighting. As a 2nd generation immigrant myself, I work a lot with generational differences in multicultural families. If you’re new to therapy, welcome! It can be a deeply challenging and rewarding process, but we’ll be in it together. Therapy is a relationship between a client and a therapist, not a one-way street. I’ll be my genuine, imperfect self, and you be yours.

I bring humor and authenticity to my sessions, and I have experience working with clients who have struggled with the following: depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, ADHD, ASD, OCD, selective mutism, specific phobias, gender transitions, breakups, infidelity, grief, and other vague unshakable funks.

If you see yourself in that list of fancy names, great. If not, great. You don’t need a diagnosis in order for your pain to be valid and worth addressing. Together, we’ll build insight, process what’s hurting you, and take steps towards healing and actually enjoying your life. Ready to start your healing journey? Shoot me an email. :)
