Nourishing the parts of ourselves that have been hurt requires kindness and tenderness. As a therapist, I am honored to walk alongside you as we explore the issues that have brought you to counseling. I will work with you from a position of respect and curiosity, highlighting the strengths that have brought you this far. I am experienced working with couples, families, and individuals who are looking to create security and meaning in their relationships. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you develop a deeper understanding of the unique ways you communicate your emotions and your need for love. I prioritize paying special care to underlying patterns of conflict that contribute to relationship distress, and I will work with you to restructure the bonds you share with others. I am currently a resident working under supervision of Krista Clark, LMFT. I offer new clients a complimentary fifteen-minute phone consultation to make sure I am a good fit for your needs. I look forward to hearing from you!
