As a clinician, I emphasize a nonjudgmental approach to therapy, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual's experience. I view therapy as a collaborative effort and aim to guide clients in developing habits that enable them to function well and enjoy their daily routines. I utilize a blend of theoretical orientations to help clients achieve their goals, with a focus on techniques that enhance awareness of thoughts and feelings. Adjusting these variables in ways that prove effective is a key therapeutic approach I often employ. I am currently conducting research on the effectiveness of specific interventions for these populations and have presented on these topics at group practices and for staff at The Chicago School. I am an ardent soccer fan, having been fortunate enough to play at the collegiate level and still follow the sport. My love for health and fitness is a significant part of my life, and as my soccer journey concluded, weightlifting became my passion. For fun, I indulge in anime and enjoy food dates with my wife, exploring the unique tastes Columbus offers!
