I am passionate about providing collaborative and creative therapeutic interventions to children, teens, and young adults. I take a holistic approach (focusing on the whole person) with highly individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of every client. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, school-related issues, family conflict, major life events and transitions, and struggles with self-esteem. I also have experience working with individuals with Autism and enjoy helping to strengthen social skills and emotional regulation. Taking the first step is not always easy.
