I focus primarily on helping children and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, relationship challenges, trauma, and low self esteem. I am also trained in EMDR. I hope to help your children and teens normalize the emotions they feel while also helping them learn coping strategies and alternative methods to overcoming difficulties. I strive to form individual connections so they recognize they are supported, heard, and feel safe. One of my priorities is ensuring that you, as parents, are involved and supported through the therapeutic process of your children. I focus on using play and art therapy methods to help my clients process through life events. I strive to ensure that my clients I see recognize they are supported and heard. My primary goal is forming a connection that allows you and your children to feel safe and able to talk about the hard stuff. My client's autonomy comes first. I look forward to using both personal experiences as well as the education I have received to help your child and family as a whole to become the happiest and most well-rounded versions of themselves.
