Life can be challenging and sometimes feel overwhelming. It is important to know there are resources who can help and that you are not alone. Working with a therapist to build your inner strength, develop healthier thought patterns as well as focus on your life’s purpose can help shift your mindset and your everyday living to a more positive one. Gretchen uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength-based approach and mindfulness therapy. Her goal is to help clients develop healthier thought patterns and behaviors while guiding them to recognize and draw upon their own strengths. Her experience is with issues of anxiety, depression, women’s issues including perinatal moods and everyday stressors, etc. A trusting therapeutic relationship is essential for effective therapy. Gretchen encourages a safe and empathetic space to collaborate with her clients. It is her hope to meet clients where they are and work together intentionally on treatment and planning.
